The home’s natural wood floors and Arts and Crafts millwork were in great condition. Paint samples were ordered and given to the homeowners to decide on possible changes for wall and trim.

A dresser in the entry and an armoire in the living room provide ample storage for the family of four. An upholstered chair and ottomans complete the seating arrangement for the living space but allow for a more open and clear path of travel for the entry, as well as flexibility.
