PHASE 1 - CONCEPT DESIGN
First, we develop a program, or scope, with goals and details derived from our questionnaire, Home Therapy service, and/or the consultation meeting. We then document your space and, if needed, conduct a trade day to check feasibility and ballpark estimates.

PHASE 2 -Â DETAILED DESIGN
Once the design concept has been signed off on, we can begin building your final design package, including:

Required drawings - floor plan, elevations, details, and renderings
All selections & finishes
Labor, material, & procurement proposals
Design meeting to review design with budget and schedule
(1) round of revisions

Approximately 2 months, pending scope
PHASE 3 - PROCUREMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The final step in the design process is implementation - the procurement and project management that brings our designs to life! This hourly service translates to 10% of the project's entire budget.
Continued communication with trades and vendors, as necessary
Required site visits (travel expenses are separate billed monthly)
Change orders, if/when necessary
Final walk-through for punch list
Care and maintenance package at conclusion of project
Varies pending project scope, contractor availability, and outstanding items

Pricing and timeline to be determined per project scope. As a frame of reference, Full service interior design services can range from 10-20% of a project's overall costs, but a custom quote will be provided once we discuss your scope. Estimated timelines depend on clear and timely communication, and may extend beyond pending issues or circumstances. A schedule will be provided and amended if this occurs.
